Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing, administered by “laying on hands.” You will remain fully dressed during the session, as Sue gently places her hands on various areas of your body (or hover above your body if you do not want to be touched), allowing the Reiki energy to flow through her and into you, in order to promote healing and bring about profound relaxation. While soothing music plays and lavender mist is sprayed in the air, the seven chakras are brought into balance and energy blocks are released. After the session, you will feel soothed, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Pricing: $50 for 1 hour
Aura Cleansing
This advanced technique is used to release negative blocks from the energy field of a person, combining aspects of Reiki with Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Using gentle hand movements, Sue works within your energy field to remove blockages and restore balance. This technique is particularly helpful in promoting emotional well-being, as well as providing relief from chronic pain and anxiety. Because it is usually followed by a full Reiki session, this technique takes 90 minutes to complete.

Long Distance Sessions
Reiki energy is not bound by our conception of time or space, so this technique is just as beneficial as an in-person Reiki session and provides the same potent healing energy. Sue will call you on the phone to start the session, as you lie down in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Gentle music will play while Sue guides you through a relaxation visualization and sends you healing Reiki energy. After the session, you will feel soothed, relaxed and rejuvenated.
